If you are the first time to go there. There is Register for new user.

This is a site for making an appointment online for both tutors and students.

This will be a nice platform for you to arrange your schedule.

Administration Instructional Section

The Administrator's critiria of the website are:

As an administrator, you could “add user”, ”delete/edit user”, “add class” or “delete/edit class”.
When you are adding class, you are supposed to fill in the “course No” and “Description(describe the course)”.
When you are deleting or editing class, you could search the course by course No.

Tutor Instructional Section

To be a tutor, you have to first:

Register with the Tutor Schedule Website.
We need your email and create your password.
We will sent you a email to confirm you to our system.
After the administrator set your type as tutor, you will become a tutor.
Now you can log in our ssystem and you will see the tutor's list.

After you become a tutor, you can do following things:

Set your availible time that you can help others.
Set the attendance for your students.
Set the course you want to teach.
Make a anouncement that your students can see.
Edit your anouncement.

Here are some formal questions you may ask.

Q: How can I set my available time?

A: Click the "Set Availability", and select "Tutor Name", "Day", "Start time", "End Time".

After finishing selection, click the "Add Availability". Then you have set your time!

Q: How can I set the attendance for my students?

A: Click the "Attendance for Students", and you will see a table of students.

You can change the "Attendance" column as "not yet attend", "present", "absent".

Q: How can I set the class I want to teach?

A: Click the "Assign a Course", and select the tutor name and the Course, then click "submit".

You will see your name and your course in the following table.

Q: How can I make my anouncement?

A: Click the "Make An Anouncement", and select the start day, then write your anouncement in the text box,

select the end date and click the sumit. If your want re-write your text, click the "reset" button.

Q: How can I edit my anouncement?

A: Click the "Edit An Anouncement", and edit your anouncement.

Student Instructional Section

This is a Instructional Section for students who never use this website or register on the website before.

To get started scheduling a tutor, you have to first:

Register with the Tutor Schedule Website.
We need your email and create your password for your security.
We will sent you a email to confirm you to our system.

After you have register for our system, you can appoint any assign subject with any assign tutor that you want to be tutor with. Always check your schedule to see

what the right time to schedule him or her that day or in advance to meet.

We have following features that will help you with your scheduling are:

Choose your subject that you want help in.
Choose what time you want the Tutor to tutor as time is available.(You can also schedule study groups)
We have tutors or study groups available anytime eight hour a day and for each subject you has listed as your selected subject you have chosen.
You can spend a max of eight hours for each subject.(you can't schedule same subject on the same day.)
If you are satisfied of your selection of the Tutor you want, you can schedule the tutor or study group at that time.
If your schedule is to meet a tutor on the schedule day, we will send a reminder email on the schedule day.
When your tutor can't make it to the schedule meeting, we will send you a email to remind you that your schedule tutor won't make it in that schedule day.
If you forgot your password in the past, you can also be able to change your password.
You can also edit you student setting on the website of your profile.
